    Hi Peggy, No template for sale. Just something I came up with on my own one night. Super easy! One sheet of 8 1/2x11 card stock makes 2 SA charm insert folders. Cut in half at 4 1/4 on the 8 1/2 end. Score at 3 5/8 and 7 3/8. Used the retired slot punch and made a 3" belly band to cover the slots. Good Luck! :)
