    Hi Stacey. (RE: anything card by Debe Aston) I cased this card because I thought it was beautiful too. It's a technique called emerging color. You stamp all over the white card stock (I used Perfect Plum and Mellow Moss). Then using versa mark and a large stamp (Medallion used here) stamp over the others. Cover the versa mark image with clear embossing powder and heat set. Run a brayer over an ink pad then run over white stamped card stock piece all over. A tissue will remove any excess.
