    Thank you very much Sandi!  It is just 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch cardstock scored at 4 1/4 inches, turn and score again at 4 1/4 inches so now you have four scored squares, then score on the diagonal from one corner across to the next,.  Fold on all the scored lines and fold the diagonal scored in towards the center so that it folds flat.  I have added the other photos so that you have a visual.  I hope that helps.3239919777?profile=RESIZE_1024x10243239919066?profile=RESIZE_1024x1024

    I used the Heartfelt Thanks stamp set. The small stamp was stamped around a circle mask over and over again. This formed a wreath shape. I glued red dots of cs to the wreath, covered with crytal effects and glitter. I also made a Thanksgiving wreath card using small leaves, you can see it on my thanksgiving album.
