  • Hi there, Diane!  THANKS so much for your kind compliment!  I've been experimenting lately with different card techniques, and this one is a favorite for sure..  :)

I actually found the instructions for this on YouTube!  I keep a note pad and paper near for drawings and measurements, then rewrite them into my 'book' where I keep all my card instructions.

    Here's the link:

    Enjoy!!

  • Diane, I got this idea from a video here on this site from Wendybell. If you go under videos and find origami fold it is super easy.
  • If you check out my Thanksgiving Shawdow Box card posted Sept. 5 you will find the directions. Thanks so much for your interst.
  • I just clicked on it and it came right up! Try it again.
  • Diane, it's soooo easy! Just punch out several Round Scallop pieces, wrinkle them all up (then re-open), layer them one on top of the other and put a brad through the middle. Once you've done that, start with the top layer and scrunch it up as tight as you can, follow the same for each layer. Once it's all 'scrunched up' then open to the definition you want. I've also done it using several sizes of round punches which gives you the look of a carnation....you'll find those on previous entries on my blog. www.stamp2create.blogspot.com Hope you'll become a follower! :-) Thank you for the kind comments on my card...
  • Hi Diane,
Sorry I got called away for work and have not had time to create the instructions as of yet. I'll be back late Saturday night and hope to have something put together on Sunday or Monday. As soon as I do, I'll post them on my page as well as send them to your e-mail.
    Thank you,
    Janice
  • Thanks Diane for your comment. I liked the idea too but couldn't get the flowers right. I will keep trying. Have a great day!
  • Nope. I wish I were. I'd like to be talented enough to write a novel.
