  Hi Gerry, thanks for letting me know about the shipping cost.  If it's okay, may I send you a check?  Unbeknownst to me, my teenage daughter has set up a Paypal account in my name (!) to pay for a sporting event, which I knew about.  I guess she didn't realize she was actually setting up an account at the time.  I would use Paypal, but I don't know how it works yet.  If you can lead me through the process, we could do that.  Let me know:-)
