  thanks! I used the cardboard, they put in the dsp, for the base of the cover. I cut it at 9 inches, 12x9 " then scored the middle at 5 3/4" and 6 1/4", so there was a 1/2" space. I cut the card stock for the middle the same. I cut the dsp for the outside 2 pieces 4x12" and a strip of 2 1/2 x12" coordinating card stock for the srtip in the middle. I punched both sides of the 2 1/2" strip. The inside pocket was 7x6" and scored at 3/4" on the two 6" sides and one of the 7". then angled and scored on the other 7" side to make the slant. I used sticky strip and tombo glue to put every thing together. I also made sure to put the pocket on before the front cover, to give it a more finished look. I used the word window punch to make the slot for the notebook to slide in.
