    Been teaching and going to school and now with our WONDERFUL Governor (Total sarcasm), I may not even be offered my job back next year because they may be cutting positions because the Governor cut $7Million in aid just in our town...something like $845Million statewide. So it's been stressful here but all else is good.

    Hi All!
    Knee surgery was on the 15th and the ACL was completely torn and ruined worse than they expected, so they did do the cadaver replacement & had to remove 75% of the meniscus as it was a very large bucket handle tear which had also flipped over in 1/2 ... blah blah blah... Went to the DR for my 10 day post-op appt and I'm looking great so far! Healing nicely on the incisions, good quad muscle action and control and I was able to bend my knee quite a bit further than they expected... so all signs at this time are great news! :-) Have been doing PT at home but should start at a facility next week.
    Donna -- surprise, I have only had 1 diet coke since the 14th of January - tastes a bit different b/c of the meds i guess.
