    Hi Peggy thank you for your question about the Brights technique. I am sorry to say I cannot get any consistency from it. My thinking will have to change and perhaps I will do a video or tutorial on it soon but for right now I am perplexed becasue I can't make the same card twice   :(  I am still trying though....I hope oyu will continue to look when I have things up so oyu will know when it is perfected.
