  Thanks, Nikki, but we're realizing it is too big a stretch to equip 6 classrooms right now. We got a suggestion to wait until the new chalks come out and see if the offers go down. In the meantime one of the moms went to the dollar store and found 75 boxes of 24 coloured chalk sticks for $1 each yielding 12+ boxes per classroom and because the chalks can be snapped and shared almost every child has at least 20 pieces of their own. True, it is NOT the same quality, but it is economical and the kids get the idea of chalking. They'll do a few projects this month, then bring them out again in the fall. What I plan to do is when I demonstrate again in a classroom I'll provide a list of Canadian demonstrators willing to sell their sets like mine and let the kids' parents contact them directly.
