    Hi Miriam, I saw you'd posted to Melissa Banbury's photo card and was happy/surprised to see you there (I haven't seen you in ages, I mean), but want to say that I love how your hair looks, longer!  It's so pretty!  :)

    Miriam, I'm a lurker here on SC, but I recognize your name from the Water Cooler and other places.  I just read through your discussions about Matt from over a year ago and about your health problems this fall.  I just wanted you to know that I'll be praying for health and peace in your family.  

    Where does your daughter go to college?  (I remember your discussion about college mail boxes.)  My daughter is a sophomore at Drake University in Des Moines.  I miss her a lot, but I know she's where she needs to be.  Have a wonderful day!

    Hi Miriam, It's nice to hear back from you, thank you.  I am smiling though as I was nodding my head in agreement all along until you wrote how you hadn't meant to whine; lol.  You weren't and you are very much like so many of the rest of us, I was amused.  It's nice to know I'm not the only one feeling that way too.  :)  But your hobbies sound wonderful and that's great that you are so busy and happy.  I wish you all the best.  I hope your son is well too; I do recall reading notes here and there on occasion...  I'm holding my first stamp camp on the 21st since my last one in May so I too, need to rock it some.  So in signing off, it was very nice to connect as you've been in my thoughts (so many are.... if only I could be paid for my wonderful friendships; really!)  :)  Stay well and stay happy!  Cheers!

    Hi, Miriam, I'm glad you "like" my card with the Gingerbread Man.  I hope it made you smile.  I had to make some happy cards today after hearing news about my dear friend who is fighting cancer is in the hospital.  I find a lot of comfort here on SC too - Hugs to you, Wendie
