    Hi Melody!  Kudos to you and your team on a fantastic new resource for demos and customers!  I think most of the negatively is because of not having the information explained clearly to demos before it went live to everyone.  I would have loved to see this tool marketed to us as the valuable resource that it really is!  It would have been nice to get a preview of one of the sections to tempt us, or a webinar to get us excited about it ahead of time. 

    I've been on the receiving end of the negative comments concerning the release of a new program, so I know how incredibly frustrating and disappointing it is to have such a backlash without even giving the program a chance.  I think with a bit more communication, SU could have gotten everyone on board with the idea, and alleviated some of the confusion and frustration for both sides.  Hugs to you and your team!  Hang in there...you've done a wonderful job!

    Melody ~  I am so sorry that you have had to read such negative comments on Stampin' Connection.  I have learned that that is usually the case, but still look forward to a lot of the positive that I find here.  A very big thanks to you and everyone else who has worked on all of the new ideas and projects that are coming our way.  Hang in there and please know that ALL OF YOU at Stampin' Up! are very much appreciated.  ~ Beth
