    Yes, you will glue the actual poppy parade scalloped rectangle on the white 3x3 paper.

    Hi Melissa!  You include the negative from the scalloped rectangle in the baggie.  Make sense? For the Flower Garden folder...we have all the colors covered so you can pick any one you want!  I am excited for you that this is your first convention!!!  You are going to have a blast!  See you in July!
