love your cards....your sad pictures of the S.U boxes made me sad. I had that problem 3 times & was so tired of calling D.S w/my story. they were really nice, but the 3rd. time I took 10 (TEN) pic. & sent them to S.U.. Included in the pic. were tire tracks!! Within 2H of sending these I had a phone call from a S.U rep & within that short conversation my order was picked & on its way to me!!! I was speechless & thankful for the transaction! What service....a great company. In times of annoyance we need to be thankful & remember those on the receiving end maybe fighting a battle of their own.
