    Elizabeth, I don't have problems with my folder. Maybe your folder is defective.

    Hi Elizabeth,

    I love to make these quilted top note cards. They are sooo fun, mainly because you get to mix prints. I didn't have a square punch, so I cut them all by hand, but you could use the
    1 3/8" punch. That's the size they are. Hopes this helps. Would love to see your creations if you give it a try!
