  Desiree, I made that quite a few years ago, and I'm afraid I don't have instructions any more. I know I used 2 -  8.5x11 sheets of CS put together to make the 4 main folds. I cut the bottom sections and glued them on the four folds to make 4 pockets. Using Microsoft Word, I made up the Gift List, Card List, and Christmas To Do List, & backed them with coordinating CS. I found some small calendars online and copied them, backed them with CS and slid all of these into the pockets. Each area was decorated with coordinating DSP and stamps. Sorry I couldn't be more specific.
