Hi there. I just bought the roof flashing from Home Depot, about 16 dollars for a roll. Then I went to the dollar store and bought those kitchen scissors, they work great, and it's cheap! I cut the pieces the length of the die, and ran it trhough the big shot with the elegant bird die. After doing that, I reran it trhough with the elegant lines folder to make the embossing. You have to run the wing again, if you want two wings on your bird. I colored them with the Sharpies, and it really isn't that hard, honest. After that, I took the small 1/16th punch and punched holes, after I lined up the birds with the wings, two fro each wing. If you don't have the color of the brad to put in it, try to get a metal colored one and just color it with the sharpie. Note: You have to have tiny brads for this. Then, I bent the wings out, where I wanted them, and punched a hole in the top of the bird for the ornament holder to go in. If you need more help, you can email me. snowboundstamper@hotmail.com I hope this helps. I hope you'll show me a pic of it when it's done. I'm going to try to make specific birds, like robins, chickidee's, cardnals. Wish me luck!
