The paper is mirror paper. They used to sell it at Michaels, but I am not sure they still carry it. I had some left from a custom pinata that was commissioned from my husband years ago to look like a disco ball. You wouldn't believe how hard it was photographing it and trying to stay out of the photo! lol!! Now if I can only find use for the Gold mirror sheet! I am thinking on it! Thank you for your kind comments!
What you'll need:
decrative napkins
ceramic tiles (smooth shiney ones)
Alene's tacky glue
polyurethane (clear gloss)
heavy duty felt pads
1. coat tiles with glue. ( on top and sides)
2. unfold napkins and place the pattern on the tile. Overlap onto sides. let dry for about 10 minutes. Then tear off the overhang pieces.
3. coat with polyurethane ( dip paintbrush into the polyurethane) ( you need 3 coats) in between each coat, let dry completely. After 3rd coat is completely dry, put felt pads on each corner and your done. The ones I used were 3/8' circles and self adhesive. I got mine at lowes.

Oh yeah, if there are wrinkles,when you first put the napkin on, you can try and smooth them out or leave them. I think it gives them character when there are a few wrinkles.
