I for one am not happy with the changes I will have to make to continue my in house workshops. My customers (friends) have been coming to classes on a monthly bases for over 15 years and they like the ease of me ordering and using their stored credit cards. That's # 1, then we go to rewards.............Take away the 1/2 price item, really is SU' that desperate! Please throw us a bone..........I love the comment page 5 the way people gather has changed over the years, direct sales represents a smaller proportion of sales then it used to. Yes, times have changed but this is how the company has grown and made millions off the backs of demonstrators who continue to open their homes and host gatherings. Rewarding customers for spending money seems a bit like a gimmick to have them buy more. Just how many reward programs go unused? So taking away a % of host rewards only benefits SU' in the long run. Maybe the unused rewards should revert back to the hostess instead of SU' pocket. I thought SAB was the reward for customers loyalty. I for one spend more on preparing for an event then I make, so the rewards and 1/2 price item really help. I realize I'm a small fish in a big pond and make up a very small % of SU' demonstrators, but I feel like SU' is draining the pond around me. I love creating, sharing and spending time with my customers and I'll be considering the changes and if it works for me. In the mean time Happy Stampin!
