  Nia - thanks for your comment.  For instructions on the box just go to google - box cards and there's lots of videos and advice there. 

  Once I decide on the background colour of the card then it's finding a paper to decorate it with (in this case I stamped it with an old S Up Roller and embossed in silver) and cut as directed.  

  Then I stamp decorations, cut a few stars etc and add them with window sheet strips about 3/8 inch with S Up snail glue.

  After it's all done then I cut 3 strips of tulle (colour to match the box) about 8 inches x 2 1/2 inches and run a thin piece of double sided tape about 1/4 - 1/2 inch from bottom of tulle.  I gather it gently and then lay the tulle onto a piece of thick vellum with double sided tape on it, cut about 3/4 inch x 2 1/4 inches.  Then layer another piece of double sided tape over the gathers, peel off and stick on the back of the mount strip already on the card.
