  Hi Joy,

  We have been gone a lot in the evenings lately and will be gone tonight to a Good Friday church service. I always thought it was too late to be calling you. Will you be home tomorrow? Also, since you work and I think you have kids at home,,, why don't you call me when you are free? (I don't have either) My # is 503-267-8587. I  had to talk this over with my husband as I would need his help. I can't lift much since my surgery on my neck. Also,,, I assumed this was a Saturday and was a bit concerned to hear it is on Sunday? Seems a real odd day to have it to me,,, but then again,, we always go to church and I can just attend an earlier service than usual. So sounds like you have most of this under control. Suggestions for me to do a make and take? I don't want you to pay for the whole booth and supply all the stuff too! I have not done a booth before where we did anything but hand out catys and answer questions,,, so I feel kind of blank. I am looking around today for a bit of a make and take. Are the tables supplied or do we need to bring them? I have 2 very large black table cloths that came with that sign you borrowed from Donna and one large table I could bring. Do we have walls or curtains or what around us? Do we know what time they want us to set up? We are a one car family, so I always need to know ahead of time if I need the car as my husband runs his own business. I am sure I will have more questions,,, so call when you get a chance,,,
