    1st piece cute at 4.25" x 11"  (score at 2.75" and 5.5)  Fold closed at the 5.5 score line and then fold up at the 2.75" score line.

    2nd piece is 4.25" x 5.5"

    After you have designed your card glue the 2nd piece to the top of the 2.75 x 4.25 section of the first piece.
