    Thank you, Susan! Sorry I have taken so long to reply, but I have  been working on starting a blog. Anyway, it's really simple to do. I used the Petal Cone die. Just cut the bottom (or the narrow end) of the die cut off. Measure up 2 1/4" from the score lines at the bottom to make the size that I made. Use the banner as your handle. Hope this helps you!
