  You do have the correct Cindy.  I'm glad you like my card.  I used Stampin' Ups' Heat and Stick powder.

  I did the dry emboss folder prior to applying anything else. Next,  I used a brayer to apply Versamark on the card. I applied Heat and Stick just as you would embossing power.  Use the heat gun on it and it will become a sticky,  The final step is to sprinkle on the Dazzling Diamonds.  

  Another alternative which I have also used on the same design, is to use Iridescent Ice embossing powder on top of a Versamark layer.  Either way produces really nice effects.
