  usually it's around 10-15 gals. i'll have everyone RSVP by 6/1 if they want to join in. then i'll send an email or message on stampin connections to everyone with the swap count.

  just like a swap but you don't make the cards and bring them. you complete one sample to display and then the supplies for everyone to make it. so you spend a couple hours making everyone's project. very fun. :) called a shoebox swap because you put the supplies in a shoebox or similar sized container.

  i think a lot of us have fallen out of touch with each other without the meetings. i do miss them. my group has gotten big enough that i now hold my own. just at my house but it's getting kind of tight...
  
  how big of an event is it? i would take what you have but focus on the minis. easier to digest for newbies. :) i always have my business cards, sign up sheet for mailing list or door prize drawing to get names, samples and product. i would take punches in the new design, clear mount stamp set and blocks, etc. something that people who haven't seen the catalog for awhile might be intrigued by.

  Of course I remember you! :) I still have your graduation invitation I received as a swap from you. Didn't know you were still active. I'm having a shoebox swap for demonstrators on June 12th. You are definitely invited and hope you can make it.
