    Sheri, Yay! Congrats for getting yourself to Convention this year; woo hoo! 

    Re: Swaps, No, they do not need to be in the sleeves/clear envelopes and no, you do not need to include the recipe (although I do. This year; on PC paper trimmed and simply slipped into the envelope or on Avery Labels large enough when not using the clear envelopes.). 

    You should at least have your name on the back (you can stamp that) and preferably, include contact info. so ppl. can ask any questions they might have.  I have gone home and sent e-mails to ppl. to say again, how gorgeous their card might be and how happy I am to have it, etc.  Some cards just blow me away!

    I usually don't use the clear envelopes but was worried that my punched flowers might get knocked off so that's my "why" for this year.
