Hi Sharon. If you are able to look at the card on Stampin' Connection, in June, 2013, I added a very detailed description of all the dies and punches that I used. Probably most of them are long-retired. I'm copying and pasting the instructions that I wrote:
Hope this helps - Head and face: Owl punch, trimmed. Eyes: waste from Large Delicate Doilies die. Torso: Heart Framelit, Wide oval punch. Arms: Small Oval punch. Gloves: Small Oval Punch, Modern Label Punch. Legs: Large Oval punch. Boots: Large Oval Punch, trimmed, Small Oval Punch cut in half. Trunks: 1 1/4 " Square punch, trimmed. Belt: scrap. Batman Emblem: Bat Punch, trimmed, Small Oval Punch. Cape: 3 Inch Circle Die,trimmed. Large Oval Punch to cut scallops. The blue accent was just free handed with long ends you can't see - that's where they are fastened with a brad and the brad also goes through the torso. The head is attached with tiny pieces of dimensional on either side of the brad, and the head is attached to the card with a double thick dimensional.
