    One of my customers had the same problem. She was very disappointed so I asked her to bring her clear tamps and I found the problem... (Maybe it can help!!!). In fact, she removed the stickers from the sheet and put them directly on the clear stamps instead of putting the stamps on the stickers. Doing this, she stretched the stickers and her stamps were slightly bent!!! (so can’t stick on the clear blocks). I gently removed the stickers, put them flat on the table and wait until they regain their shapes. I re-put the stamps on the stickers and it works perfectly.
