    Hello, I made the Valentine wreath and I will try to explain how to make the Rosette's. Take some DSP and cut 2 strips 2" x 12" or for the smaller size 1 1/2" x 12" then score all the way along the short side every 1/2" or smaller increments, and you adhere the 2 strips together making sure you match up mountain and valley folds (or accordian like folding) then adhere the ends, you will have a sort of 'circle' then gently push it down and hold it flat and I use a hot glue gun and apply gun in the very center and keep pushing it together until the glue dries. Then just embellish the wreath as you like! I hope that this was somewhat helpful. I am also sure there are many tutorials/videos out there to better explain how to make the Rosette's. ~ or some people have called them 'Lollies' .
