    Hi Robert,

    I used scraps of paper for the bow. I used  the large oval punch (2) to make the loops.  Just punch two and gently connect the ends with a little snail, making sure not to crease the fold line.  Then I just used scraps cut with my snips for the banner tails and to follow the curve of the inside of the loops.  The two loop pieces are not "touching" in the middle, the two tail pieces are touching each other and the loops are affixed to the tails. I used the brad to cover up the spot that the 4 pieces meet.  I hope that makes sense.  I was following a picture I found online and just wingin' it.
