Hi Rhonda!
Sure, I can TRY to give you instructions. It's been so long since I made those---they were a hit at the baby shower! You can vary the size, but I started with a 10 x 10 square of DSP.
1)Fold in half diagonally (corner to corner) so that you have a large triangle with the long end at the bottom and the point at the top.
2)Then fold the left bottom point side over toward the right so that the left point touches the side edge of the paper. (The top of that flap should be straight across the paper).
3)Then repeat by folding the right side over toward the left edge of the paper, making sure that both top edges are aligned straight across.
4)Secure with adhesive (leaving the top open so you can stuff the goodies in).
5)You will then have 2 triangle flaps at the top---fold the front one down & leave the back one alone.
6)I then scallopped the bottom edge of the flap to make it cuter, but you don't have to.
7)Then just embellish any way you want.
I found little plastic safety pins and stamped a tag but the sky is the limit! This all may sound confusing just reading it with no pictures to guide you, but as you do the first & second steps, it will all become self-explanatory. Sorry I don't have picctures of each step, and I can't find where I got the idea from. It's so easy, I think you'll do fine!
Enjoy & email me back if you have any questions,
Kathy
