  Hi Peggy,

  To make this card, you need a 12x12 piece of CS. Cut it 5  1/4" x 12". Put the bottom corner in the cutting track and the top corner at 2 1/2" and cut at a diagonal. I used the scallop border punch on mine before scoring at 4" on both ends. It's yours to design after that! Thanks for asking, I'll send you a friend request.

  Thanks so much Peggy glad you liked the gift card!  Here are some dimensions for you!!  Cut you 8-1/2x11" cs lengthwise(4-1/4"x11") score at 3-1/2", 5-1/2", 7-1/2" I used sticky strip along the fold(not where you are going to punch) then used my 1-1/4" circle and modern label punch(you can also use the word window punch)  Enjoy and have fun!!

  Thank you for the compliment on my card.  Here are the measurements...

  Cut your 8 1/2" x 11" cardstock long ways, in half to 4 1/4" x 11".  Just fold in half and then fold one end in half toward the middle fold, as an accordian fold.  Glad you like it!
