Hi Pam,
I don't seem to have it saved on my computer - I'll keep checking. Try doing a search for one sheet wonder on SU and splitcoast web sites. I believe I got it from one of those places. I don't recall it being in the SU resource area, but was shared on the showcase. I usually save the documents if I find them on a blog. I'll keep looking too. They are lots of fun to do. If all else fails, just stamp a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet and cut as you like for your cards. I actually perfer using the square or rectangle sizes and not the trianges - but that's just me.
