    Hi Misty,

    That medallion card looks like it's the emboss resist technique.  Looks like she stamped the Med. image in VM and then heat set with clear embossing powder.  Then she sponged the colors she wanted on top of and around the medallion.  At the end you'll wipe away any ink over the medallion.
