  You commented on the rose on my card. I could explain it but it would be much easier for you to watch it on this video from Patty Bennett's blog. She is so very talented! Here's the link to the rose, but make sure you check out all of her tutorials. They will blow your mind!

  Mary Ellen, you posted a comment on my Elements of Style card re whether I used pencils, markers or crayons. The answer is neither! I watercolor using an Aquapainter and pick the color directly off my Classic pads. I start with a wash with the lightest color, then get progressively darker with the shading.

  Hi Mary Ellen, I would love to be friends and this technique is so easy, I shared with my club and they all went home with a beautiful card front that only took about 15 min to make. Its called the Zindorf Technique named after Michelle Zindorf, I dont have her web address at the moment ( im supposed to be working at my other job) Lol. you can google her though. anyway start with a brayer, sponges and a white gel pen thats all. When I get a min Ill try and find her blog address for you its great.
