I'm not sure which card you are referring to, Mary Alice! But if it is the one I'm thinking it is, done in Wisteria Wonder and Pear Pizzazz and Very Vanilla, I used the Paper Piercing Tool all around just inside the scallop. Hope this helps! Janet :)
