  • Thanks for leaving me a comment on my mini sunflower box.

  • Hi Marilyn.
I was just reading comments about swap snobs at the convention when I came to yours. Before I reply to that subject I wanted to say I LOvE your profile pic! Is that a Brittany? We have a
    Handsome Brittany named Major.
Now, as for swap snobs curtailing your desires to attend convention ... I urge you to reconsider. I am so thankful that I was fore-warned about these self absorbed people before attending my 1st convention this year, 2012. I am confident in my creativity and thrive on sharing my joy. Please do not allow those few snobs to rob you of an experience that will leave you with a renewed energy for what you do. All the multitudes of precious demonstrators like yourself will more than compensate for the rude snobs.
Next years 25th Anniversary Convention will surely be out of this world. Please make plans now to attend!

  • Hi Marilyn,

The bee is on a little brown paper bag. It's turned sideways. (sorry about that)
You can put treats in the bag for teachers, co wokers or just because.
I should have turned the picture the right way before sending on line. Sorry
  • We are in Oregon and is where I got my dog. She has papers, but her pups cannot - limited registration. But, I only wanted her for a pet, so that was ok. She is just a family dog but sure does have the hunting traits. She only gets to stalk the birds and squirrels in our back yard. She will lay so ever still out as close as she thinks she can get without the squirrels seeing her. Other than her obedience training, she is just a very spoiled and loved family pet. I had a picture of my dog as my avitar until someone in my group wasn't sure who I was without my picture, so I changed it. I like seeing the pictures of pets. Sounds like you've got a fantastic dog - have fun! Thank you for sharing.
  • What an adorable pup. I'm on my second brittany and I just love their personality.
  • Oh how cute....love those names! I don't show or hunt with Sadie. We also have a German Shorthairer Pointer too and her name is Gretchen. She's also a bird dog. They both have daily Doggie Boot Camp lessons to keep them pointing and hunting for treats and bird feathers but other than that we don't do any special training outside of the neighborhood. We do have 20 acres of wooded property in the upper part of Michigan so I will be training them up there this summer with the whistle. They will love it! Those doggie hugs and kisses are great. Brittany's are an awesome breed.
