Loretta, To make the Soft Suede label layers, I cut 2 Soft Suede labels with the same framelit that I used to cut out the main image (or layer). Take one SS label and cut it horizontally and cut the other vertically, so that you have 4 pieces. Adhere (I use Aleen's tacky glue) the 4 pieces to the back of the main layer to create your custom layer.

Hi Loretta,
You left a question about using the shaker frames. In case you didn't see my reply under the video, here are a few ideas for you:
Spotlighting technique - use the window to highlight a specific area of a larger image.
Hole in a tree with a bird, owl, something looking out.
Window - in a house, car, etc.
In a row - like windows in a submarine
Smaller ones - in place of an "O" in a word or zero in numbers.
