    Linda, to get the red layer behind the white layers on my hedgehog snowman card:

    Cut two extra die cuts using the same framelit in whatever layering color that you want.

    Cut one die cut in half horizontally and the other vertically.

    Piece and glue the pieces behind your image until you get the look you want!
