  • Laurie - you are so sweet. Thank you for the kind words.  You have been on my mind many, many times over the past two months.  I miss you too and would love to connect with you again - perhaps a phone call is in order this weekend.  Until we do connect, know that I miss you!

    Love, Meg

  • Great sense of Ha Ha you have :-) Love it! Have a great day!

  • Hi Laurie, I followed your avatar pic from some other post, to your home page to take a look at your studio pics. I spent some time at your Gallery too. I love all your work and there are too many awesome cards to comment on each one. Really enjoyed spend time having a look! :-)

  • Hi Laurie!  Just received an email from Stampin' Up letting me know that you'll be one of my dining buddies.  I'm so looking forward to the cruise and to meeting you!

Have a great day!    Bernadette Doerr

  • Laurie,

Do you happen to still have the sets:  Computer Quips, Outlined For Fun, Create a Coupon, Game Night, Flower Factory, and Fall Whimsy?  Just let me know-

  • Hi Laurie,

I'm happy to be your friend; cards and pugs; woo hoo!  Such fun!

I've enjoyed our pug-chatting too!  I truly appreciate your tip about using the "top model" Tyson vac. for the pug hair (daily) and will look into that!

For us?  We are shocked and amazed at just how much hair is picked up daily as well, for ONE pug, via our TWO robotic Roomba vacs on ONE floor!!!!  It's unbelievable!  They work wonderfully too but.....  there is hair everywhere, even where Frank doesn't go.

Frank stays "on the floor" and first level only (no furniture, no upstairs, etc.).  There is hair EVERYWHERE, and even in my husband's car in which the dog has never been, as well as upstairs in the craft room, the office, bedrooms.  It bothers me enormously.....  but we love him so and are grateful to have him so we just had to "give it up (the emotions about it)!"

Anyhoo.... our lives are fulfilled and meeting wonderful friends here too is the "cherry on top!"  Love chatting, thanks for everything!

Have a wonderful weekend and... Happy crafting!

  • Hi Laurie,

It's great to hear back from you so soon; thanks!

What a wonderful story (and household of love)!!!  How kind taking in rescue dogs!!!  Funny about your "cats!"

I don't know how you manage their shedding though, I am not enjoying that at all.  We'll simply have to deal with it but are not used to it. :)

Thrilled you're a pug lover too.  Thanks for your compliment on Frank, much!!!!

    You bet!  PUG MOMS FOREVER!!!!

    Love back, Donna

  • What are their names, btw, and what colors are they?  (How old?).  Just too fun!  :)
  • Hi Laurie,

Thanks SO MUCH for sending your note my way!  What fun... another Pug Mom!! And of FOUR; holy cow!!

Frank just turned one on 2/2 and is a sweetheart.  We have learned (seriously) just how well loved this breed is by their owners, he's the greatest thing, and so are all you who keep popping in to say hello to me!  It's fantastic!

    Thanks so much Laurie!

Now!  Your avatar is AWESOME TOOOOO!  What a fabulous craft room; lucky you!  Keep on crafting, enjoying and sharing... Please (smile)!!!

    Have a great weekend,

    Donna
