    Hi Kimberley,

    Here's how you make the butterfly card base.
    This is such an easy technique. Just cut a card 11" by 5-1/2" and score it at 2-3/4" and 5-1/2". This will be the base and inside of the card. Score at the half way point as you normally would on any card and then fold it backward on the second score line. Decorate the inside how you want.
    Cut another piece for the card front that measures 5-1/2" by 5-1/2". Decorate it how you desife. Adhere it to the top flap that you folded back on the card base. The brad keeps the card standing in the easel position. Hope that helps! Cindy
