    Hi Kerri,

    The square box is the 7" Love Note box template that is on the SU website. The narrow box top is 2 " x 5" scored at 1/2" on all sides (use a shim), and the base is 2 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored at 3/4" on all sides. 

    Mary Fish has a template and instructions for the pizza box on her blog.

    The chocolate heart slider box I made by laying the candy box on my graph paper and designing a box to fit,leaving an extra 1/4" all round for the candy box to slide in and out,  then cut off one of the sides to make the top opening.
