  Hi Karen, How are you!  Donna here from the Regional!  I found your note to me as posted on my baby/rattle card by accident, I'm so glad I didn't miss it, I'd have felt terribly.  I've commented so much that my page is full of my avatar but I kept clicking on the MORE button to see if anyone made comments on my posts, and then saw you there; whew!

  Anyway, I'm SO HAPPY that I was helpful to you w/business tips and such AND THAT YOU ARE PROACTIVE and got right to work!  There is a LOT to be said for that, too!  :)

  Designer Frame emb. folder and "marks" they leave on the c/s.... 

  I know, I get marks on my cards too.  I can't remember if that card did get a small crease from the folder edge and I tried to rub it away OR

  if I did not crank the folder all the way through the BS but rather reversed it out?  It is definitely a challenge and takes some work sometimes.  I didn't do anything else out of the ordinary....

  but I'm wondering now if perhaps you lower the platform (flip over another tab) and perhaps find the right amount of shims to use then, to make it work well?  That might be worth a try!
