    Punch 6 scallops, fold in half, open, fold in half again, open then fold in as small as you can. Open all scallops and sponge only 3. Layer scallops starting with white ending up with color. Using a mat, pierce thru all the centers at one time with paper piercer and add brad. Scrunch each layer towards the center till your happy with your flower. This also looks great using designer paper, reversing the colors as you go. The vellum is stiff and makes a much harder flower.
