    The picker tool is represented by the "eye dropper" icon on the right hand side of your screen when you click on a photograph. A color chart comes up and the picker tool allows you to match any color in the photograph. For instance, if you want to match the color of an article of clothing in the photograph and stamp an image in that color, you would use the picker tool. It's a lot of fun. If you have MDS, try it.
