  • Hi Ellen, it's nice to be friends on stampin connection ! Thanks!
  • Hi Ellen,

Thanks for the nice comments on my card and the great idea about

the bookmark!  I hadn't thought about that one.

  • Hi Ellen. Thank you for the nice comment. It is the bouncing brayer technique. You need to use glossy paper and make sure the inside edge stays in the middle as youu "thump" the brayer. Turn the paper as you go and not the brayer. When you're done all the way around, you can roll the color over with the brayer to fill in the white gaps. I hope that makes sense!
  • thanks for commenting on my upsy daisy card

  • Hi Ellen - thanks for confirming that the magnetic boxes were in the holiday mini. I wasn't sure! I think your thank you gifts will be a welcome and totally great gift for the wedding couple and I'm sure they do look GREAT! Handmade gifts from the heart are always the best :) Happy stamping!
  • Hi Ellen - the box I covered was one that SU! sold in one of their mini catalogs; I'm thinking it was maybe their Holiday mini last year? It was sold with two per package and they are about 4" x 4", with a magnetic closure, and the whole box is chocolate chip in color - they are perfect to hold little items. Sorry, I don't have a template to share. Good luck on the monogrammed stationery - what an awesome gift!
  • Hi again-Not Quite Navy would work very well with this and there is a Not Quite Navy ribbon in one of the ribbon originals. I have been a "hobby" demo for 3 years, but have been using and buying SU for 10 or 12 years and stamping for about 18 years! I have been around so long, this is why I have so much retired stuff, lol! Your last comment said to delete it, not sure why, but I did. :)
  • Posted the ink color on the wedding card for you...it was blue bayou. :)
  • YEAH! Welcome aboard!
