    Hi Diane, It is easy to cut the center out if you know how big the border is. Just slide the card stock into the paper cutter from the right hand side until you get the width you are after lets say 1". Then lift the blade down to the 1" mark on the plastic guide strip. push the blade down and slide it over the paper until you reach 1" from the bottom of the DSP or card stock. Then turn the card 90 degrees and repeat. Repeat this until you have the hole in the middle. I hope that helped

    Hi Diane, I also tried Google translate and found the same thing. A tutorial is on it's way. Hubby and I tried to do a tutorial yesterday but it was too big and so we are going to have another try today. It will be my first one. If that fails I will post written instructions.
