    Hi Denita,

    You ink up your brayer , open your embossing folder and roll brayer over top inside of folder, do this several times to get lots of ink coverage, then you place your cardstock in the bottom half making sure to line up straight if using the stripes embossing folder, close folder then run through the big shot, repeat all these steps again but this time turn your cardstock around the other way. You can ink all your embossing folders like this, its adds a beautiful effect to your cards. Have fun with this technique, I just love the gingham look, once I started I could not stop, hence all the samples I did.
