    Hi DeAnna - thanks for leaving the great comment on my treat boxes - but if you look at the description under the treat boxes you will see how I made the embellishments - the boxes themselves are the milk carton die you die cut two of them cut off the last panel on each (the side without the tab and glue them together and there are your treat boxes)
