Darlene I attach the strip of tulle to a piece of vellum with 3/4” wide double sided tape on it (peeled off). Once tulle is tidy on strip of vellum I attach another piece of tape on front of tulle, press down firmly and then peel and place inside the cardstock strips which already have flowers stars etc attached to it. Good luck. K
