    Hi Cindy,

    I just posted a 'swap' on stampin connection - where you can swap your cards for a smile (and who knows - maybe get a penpal?)!  If my 6 year old can do this - so can you! :o)  There is also a pdf there you can print which is a letter in Japanese, but has some blanks (with english instructions) that you can fill in with English words.  The translation of the letter is in my post.  This will make it quick and easy for anyone to fill out and send (with or without a handmade card)! 
     
    Check it out - there are some funny pics on the posting that I took when I was teaching there!

    I got your friend request - thanks!  just wondering if you've given more thought to this idea of dropping off at your hotel desk a day ahead of time? assuming you are at a close hotel?  any thoughts?  I'd like to sign up before all the spots close up!  but at the same time, don't want to commit and not be able to meet you!

    hi Cindy - just had a thought about an easy way to 'meet' ahead of the swap without stressing either of our schedules with yet another appointment! haha!... are you staying at any of the hotels that are just across the street from the convention centre?  if so - it might be easy for me to drop an envelope at the front desk of your hotel on wednesday sometime.  let me know where you are staying - I don't expect to wander too far from the convention center as this is my first time there.  (p.s. what on EARTH is your cat doing in your avatar!  it cracks me up - but I don't actually understand what I'm seeing! haha!)
